The holidays can be a challenging time

Here are some of the things that I struggle with during the holidays and a few solutions to making it most enjoyable.

This is the actual coaching questionnaire that Margarita sent me, and my answers from Spring 2022. This is the type of vulnerability and growth that are possible in a supportive coaching relationship. Margarita and I accomplished these goals and she helped me to produce this website and step into my value as a coach. Through our business relationship and friendship we are now writing books to help men and women expand love and freedom in their lives. I hope that this example of vulnerability and honesty can inspire others into greater love and freedom as well. I now ask my coaching clients to consider these same questions.
